OOXalerts
OOXalerts provides a range of alerts aimed at keeping Agencies, Advertisers and Publishers informed of the latest online advertising activities that take place every day across the websites and markets that we monitor.
In addition to the new ad alerts service, we offer error alerts, which is a new type of alerts that aims at informing Agencies, Advertisers and Publishers of any monitored “errors” specific to their online ad campaigns or websites.

New Ad Alerts for Agencies and Advertisers
By subscribing to the New Ad Alerts service, Agencies and Advertisers can stay up-to-date on their latest competitive online advertising activities.
Subscribers to the New Ad Alerts for Agencies and Advertisers can select all the Categories they are mostly interested in.
Subscribers have the ability to exclude from the New Ad Alerts service any Brand they do not wish to be alerted for. This is useful for Subscribers who do not want to be informed about their own Brand activities.
New Ad Alerts for Publishers
New Ad Alerts service allows Publishers to stay up-to-date on the latest advertising activities across competitive Websites and help them quickly react in order to maximize sales revenue.
Publishers can select from a menu the list of competitive Websites they are mostly interested in.
OOXmonitor also offers Publishers the ability to narrow their competitive alerts down to specific Categories where they can potentially generate more revenue from.
Error Alerts for Agencies and Advertisers
Online campaigns can sometimes be subject to implementation problems due to technical issues or else which could impact the quality of the campaign or message.
Our experience indicates that there are 10 types of recurring errors:
1. banner ad is fully or partially obstructed

2. banner ad is misplaced

3. Arabic banner ad is appearing in the English interface

4. banner ad is missing (a) frame(s)

5. banner ad is still appearing at a time where it should have stopped

6. banner ad is appearing in the wrong market

7. banner ad has an error in the message or content

8. banner ad is clashing with another ad on the same page

9. landing page doesn't seem to be the right one

10. an error appeared in my email broadcast
Users can choose any of the offered Error Alerts based on their preferences.
Error Alerts for Publishers
Client campaigns can sometimes witness implementation errors on the Publisher’s Website. Error Alerts will inform the Subscribed Publishers of such errors to allow them to take corrective measures.
Our experience indicates that there are 7 types of recurring errors:
1. a client's banner ad is fully or partially obstructed

2. a client's banner ad is misplaced

3. a client's Arabic banner ad is appearing in the English interface

4. a client's banner ad is still appearing at a time where it should have stopped

5. a client's banner ad is appearing in the wrong market

6. a client's banner ad is clashing with another ad on the same page

7. an error appeared in a client's email broadcast
Publishers can choose any of the offered Error Alerts based on their preferences.

For one, the web-based sign-up system allows users to choose their own preferences in terms of Categories, Brand Exclusions and Websites. The service users can also update their preferences online by adding or removing, once their account is activated.
